VPM’s Centre for Career & Skill Development (CCSD) is committed to improving the performance of the individual and groups with a view to improve overall organizational performance which in turn can contribute to goal congruent behaviour. We will be working on the design of the programs keeping in mind the skill development. We are also closely working with the industry to learn about the exact need at their end.Our objective is to groom the student so that they stand tall when they pass out of the VPM campus. Our endeavour is to make them realize importance of productivity and help them optimise resources utilization in the area of their choice. Our pedagogy is going to be learner centric and a lot of work has been done to ensure that we walk the talk. We welcome students to be a part of this initiative of ours.
